Standard Return Window:
We offer a standard return window of 7 days for all products.
Exceptions:
There are no exceptions to the standard return window for any specific categories of products.
Accepted Reasons for Returns:
- The product is defective or not functional.
- The product does not match the description on the website.
- The customer changes their mind.
- The customer didn’t like the product.
Please note that return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, and they will be deducted from your refund amount for the third and fourth reasons mentioned above.
How to Initiate the Return/Replacement:
- Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please include pictures and videos of the defective/not as described product (if applicable) and email them to contact@lowsouq.com.
- Step 2: Our support team will respond to you within 48 working hours with the next steps.
- Step 3: After verification, we will arrange a pickup for the product to be returned.
Return Shipping:
Low Souq will initiate return shipping, taking 2 to 4 days for the process to be initiated.
Return Shipping Costs:
A shipping cost will apply if the customer chooses to return the product for the following reasons:
- Customer changes their mind
- Didn’t like the product.
Returns for Items on Sale:
Yes, items on sale can be refunded.
