Refund Process After Product Pickup:

Once a purchased product is successfully picked up, received at our warehouse, and deemed eligible for a refund upon inspection, the refund amount will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment used.

Conditions for Issuing a Refund:

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The product is unused or undamaged.
• The product has the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Refund Issuance (Credit / Debit Card, Cash on Delivery “COD,” or Cash on Pickup):

The refund will be initiated based on the initial payment method selected during the order submission.

For Cash on Delivery “COD” / Cash On Pickup payments, the refund will be credited through wire transfer. We will request your bank account details for processing the refund through wire transfer.

For Credit / Debit Card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase.

Customers are advised to ensure the accuracy of their financial information, as they bear full responsibility for entering the correct details.

How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Complete?

The timeframe for processing a refund varies depending on several factors. Typically, Low Souq takes up to one week to receive and process your return. Following processing, it may take between 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment card statement, subject to your bank’s internal procedures.
