Low Souq offer Express Shipping within the UAE, with delivery expected to take between 2 to 4 days.

Shipping Costs:
Low Souq provide Free Shipping for orders over 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED, there is a fixed shipping fee of 15 AED.

Order Processing:
Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.

Shipping Restrictions:
Low Souq currently only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
